Return of the Long Lost Cascadian Knights

Woh- hey Portland, I heard that the Cascadian Knights may be making a return performance to Portland. Nobody knows if they are fakers or not but these guys claim to be Cascadian border defenders from the future who play traditional Cascadian regional music, which is techno. All their songs are about the future revolution and secession from the United States. Supposedly, they're playing this Friday at EXIT ONLY in Portland with Eats Tapes, MNDR, and Shufflen'Flam.
Pretty weird stuff- It's been suggested that the Knights are actually me and Solenoid in disguise, but that's not true. As it happens, I've been out of town every time they've performed.
David has communicated with them and gets these weird emails, note the bizarre header information.

The Cascadian Ministry of Culture verifies 092208, case #35101.
MOC Casc is sending two Cascadian Knights back to 2008 in order to
perform further revolutionary songs and historical accounts (in
music and song) concerning local autonomy from the federalist USA.
Since 2003, participants of your Portland region music culture have
hosted several visits of Cascadian Knight representitives who travel back in time to perform music.
Their performances contain the best techniques from your current DIY
folk-dance music (called "techno music" by your current
media-monopoly) using your contemporary
instruments--alternating-current-based drum and synthesizer machines.
Audiences hear broadcasts from future voices, and lyrics from
future folk songs about rain, forests, sustainability, and open source culture, and
Representiitive Cascadian Knights describe
future-historical lore from the region's struggles for autonomy.
Here, in 2035, the knights research and practice with these old
musical devices until they are ready to emulate
historically-accurate performances in the style of their forefathers.
Time-travel is then coordinated and activated for the event date
where they appear for a decades-earlier audience. For concerns of
space-time-conundrums, the Cascadian MOC ask that you please
do not attempt to talk with or question the knights about their family lineage.

they're obviously messengers of hope from the future. it's good to know that one day northern california, oregon, washington, and southwest british columbia will do the right thing and form our own nation, cascadia! cause let's face it, we really should be our own country. listen to to how rad our music is! the cascadian knights are evidence of that!
