--> I played rockband a lot and really loved it, so I spent the last of my money and bought an e-drumkit!!! Finally I am Animal from the muppets! I also packed away some of the electronic gear and rebuilt the studio into a proper band practice space, moving our bed and bedroom furniture into the living room, and all the music equipment into the new happy place. It's looking really great now, and I hope my wife approves of these changes when she gets comes home from work tonight ;)

Wonderful setup! Very cool studio indeed.
Love the fish tank.

nice job. good luck with the wife...

I like the barren wall, only with speak n spell

old couch and fish tank

I've moved in some lava lamps now too

if i did that without asking the lady first, the blog i'd write about it would be my last one forever.

cool space! the fish tank is the icing on the cake. how do fish react to music?

how do fish react to music?

Probably the same way MY wife does...flees and hides in a corner looking terrified

if I had a dollar for every time I heard "what is this crap?".....
you should put your monitors on the same wall. your stereo field will be fucked with them the way they are now. looks like a great place to make music though.

The fish tank really puts the room together. Nice setup.

Dude.

That speaknspell looks so lonely.

And here's a little preview of what you'll hear later:

[scream] What the fuck!?

You put our bed in the living room?

No. No. NO this won't work at ALL.

Oh my god you are so weird. haha. This is so funny.

OK so when were you planning to move it back?

JK

Of course I don't know her but....

Good luck, man.

I did the opposite: I put my studio in my living room. Lol at the Mackie monitor sitting on top of the computer case.

didn't notice that. hilarious. though i bet it will resonate horribly.

I havn't really found the best placement of the speakers yet In fact, I mostly have them aimed inwards at the drumkit. suggerstions welcome (i need to keep the area on front of the wardrobes empty)
