A reminder to everyone that Mixit 69 is on -- A special Mixit event.
This one's got a longer composition phase, there are still a few weeks left to Mixit.
Deadline for submissions is 12am CST 11/04/2008, so we'll have fresh Mixits to listen to while America decides who's going to clean up after the Bush administration.
There are some great samples in the samplepack, which can be downloaded from:

If you're new to Mixits, here's how it works:
Users upload samples for a set period, but the samples aren't available for download until after the submission deadline... then, the samples are released and the Mixit is on -- download the samples, and start composing.
Submissions have a deadline, and once the deadline is reached, the submissions are made available for everyone to download, hear, comment on, etc.
- so get out there and Mixit!
