It does sound fake -Unless he's totaly quantised every trigger -why with this amount of expression would he want to make it soo mechanical?

because his lips are controlled by muscles, and his muscles are being controlled by small electrochemical signals that are, in this case, being triggered by small electric signals from his computer.
