Like the US doesnt produce crude stand up comedians?

The crude thing is a kick against the cultural ident we have of being prudish but it does seem nowdays that its become a pissing competition and the nasty racism/disability jokes of the 70's are creeping back in [with some comedians]. The only comedian that I really like who does really rock the boat [not crude but offends sensibilities] is Frankie Boyle: link [check the Princess Diana concert one].

I first saw Johnny Vegas doing small snatches on Simon Munnery's League Against Tedium show called "Attention Scum!" and all he did on that was stand outside a shop, pissed with a bottle of whiskey, ranting some inane shit. Ive known too many people who are really like that to find it funny, although Simon Munnery is a surrealist comic genius. link
