Absolutely. Which I why I lolled so hard about it.
I was in Latvia for a long weekend a few weeks back to see a friend who now lives there and the British have such a pisspoor reputation out there because of stag parties, or as the Latvians properly refer to them: 'sex tourists who piss on our freedom monument'.
