I'm really dissapointed by the lack of understanding from you all. It's easy to complain about ads when you're not the ones with the monthly server bill. Regardless, I'll take off the notice and will just make myself clear.
I have already reduced the ad size in the Blogs, the rest of the ads will not be changing.
EM411 cannot live without ads. It is the only way to pay for the server. I appreciate suggestions for other ways to earn income, but I'm not interested in other models. Similarly, I'm not going to worry about whether donations or whatever other model will cover this month's server fees.
The reality is quite clear -- if there's not enough to pay for the server, there will be no EM411. That's not a threat, it's just the reality of the situation.
