i wake up to two clock radios and my cellphone's alarm

i tend to wake up on a good old beeeeeeeep beeeeeep beeeep.

awesome, I'm flattered packetst0rm! i would have figured new ground would induce violence played early in the morning ;-)

Compared some of the other things in my collection I'd say it was easy listening! wolf eyes, emperor...etc

Been a fan since the first audiobulb comp chap, it was a bitch trying to find that album!

Aphex Twin - "Acrid Avid Jam Shred" seemed too obvious but now I have to mention it because nobody else has.
best for Saturdays or Fridays that you don't have to work.

music to wake up to:

the entire James Morrison album undiscovered
slow cheetah - red hot chili peppers
air - moon safari (whole album)
random standup routines

on second thought that air album might put you back to sleep. better save that for baby making music IYKWIM ;-P

this morning when i got up i thought i might quite like to hear 'wrath of the punisher' by jeff mills
i havent got it though
but its ok- i have a vivid imagination

today i woke up thinking of a bit of one of MY tunes (part of my stfu helsinki 06 set)
was it like a dream with your music in it, that made you wake up?

i wish i could dream music that would make me wake up

no- i dreamed of machine gunning the bad guy to save the french girls- shame i woke up then

(lol) so perhaps it was the sound of the gun going off

goon gumpas

If I have to get up early and go on a long drive somewhere, this is what I like to pop into my car CD player

Basic Channel- BCD (the ultimate long drive album imo)
Bola- Soup
Tunng (whoever recommended them on this site, thanks!)
BoC- hi scores
stuff like that...

lately, for my morning drive to work, I've been digging my crates and listening to cheesy proggy stuff like Yes and Jean Luc Ponty and Frippertronics and the soundtrack to Escape from New York... haha

EFNY soundtrack is the greatest fuckin album ever, and rocking driving music

I bike to work most days... so I don't do headphones... but I've had "I goto work" by Kool Moe Dee in my head lately!
