autechre needs to put out a cd of their current and 2005's live sets coz that shit fucking rules... i'm reallyreally glad they turn off all the lights when they play, coz it forces you to close your eyes and listen. and shit if there's a lot of shit to listen too...

That would be awesome, but I read in a recent interview that they thought doing something like that would be "milking it," to use their words. Maybe they wised up to the fact that their live material, in its continuous presentation, TRUMPS anything they have put out to disc since Draft.

i just want the opportunity to hear the live set again because it's pretty much all new material. i'd be happy w/a bootleg half assed recording but i'd pay a few dollars for a download from bleep or something.

jeez. that was intense. not too crazy, pretty danceable while making your head spin every few songs. i didn't record it, save for a few small vids with crap sound i bet. i really liked the music- i felt some lp5 like shifts in beatwork. yum. massonix was good at the end, but the beginning was way too many robert fripp moments.

i didn't need earplugs. it was totally normal loud.
