well that ramadanman's mix is pretty interesting. kidg, that's nice. i like the beginning. The 303 arp is a little off key though.

There's this: link
and a PD patch here that shows the patterns and plays them: link
which requires this extra file link
and this sample pack: link

i prefer half step to 2 step.

i think 2 step is what's killing dubstep and just turning it into rave music 2.0

i prefer step dancing

pretty choice vid. i think about how dance styles have changed over the years. in my case, i just make the outline of a triangle with my hands and have them undulate around my pubis as i look off to the side.

you're funny... over excessive aggressive wobble may be turning some of it into 'rave' music... but 2 step beats can be just as deep as anything else.
besides, about a year or so ago, it was half step that was 'killing' dubstep

YES!!! monty!!! YESSSSSSSS!

jeez i should have never mentioned dubstep

never half step because I'm not a half stepper

made by me =)

sorry, kid gamma...i like my beats slow and druggy (sans Analord)

the two step thing is too light and airy for me....

and i'm too old to show off my funky dance skillz to it.

i prefer the non-dancing attributed to dubstep.

wub wub wub wub wub wobblz roflz!!!111!!!1!!!

i looove dubstep (thanks to fm and burial) but i don't really make it too much, i've gotten better at making funkier beats since this thread started. thanks everyone who contributed.
