So i bought a melodika, got home and started playing and found out that it was not in tune, I went down to the store because I thought it was a defect but the guy at the store told me all melodikas where tuned so middle A is 442hz, hmm, can anyone recommend a melodika in tune, a 3 octave would be nice
thanx

i have two, both of which aren't perfectly in tune, both slightly sharp (if i remember correctly). I read that you can open them up and file something inside to tune them.

yes, I tried opening it, and it looks rather simple, I was just unsure if I was to add or remove the little of plastic "thing" over the hole, maybe I should try it out tomorrow
