What new features would you like to see on em411?
what i would like most is to know how many plays each release gets.
(also to show the time length of each release)
these things will probably never happen, so use your imagination!

recurring topics need their own sections.
every week there is someone asking for links to free downloads for samples, loops, drum hits, etc... we need an entire section just for EM downloads (royalty free of course)

the only persons requiring avatars on em411 should be the extremely attractive female members

a manuals section would be nice...I've been looking into starting a website that does nothing but provide free owner's manual downloads for any / every musical piece of gear ever made.

I think the most important thing we should add is a section where people praise me and my general sense of awesomeness.

i'd also like to see a karaoke function. you could hum your favourite electronic track, record it, upload the sample and invite others to guess what track it was. whoever gets it right gets a k-point. we could then have a k-league, or "kleeg". the top kleegers (kleegonistos?) could then have a bi-annual super kleegoff to decide the ultimate lord of the kleegs (ULOtK)

we'll need some datanerds to maintain it, along with webspace, domain, etc...sounds unlikely.

a simple and cool function would be a "favorite releases" section on one's empage. so you could view my profile and see a list of all the tracks that were posted that I liked.

i am actually use to the lack of avitars, though i do somewhat miss the fun that could be had with them at other's expense. i am, however, whole-heartedly against signatures. the list of users currently logged in was cool, but ultimatly frivolous.

how about a section that only the core users can log into where plans can be made to attack rival electronic music sites?

a section where you can submit pictures of your moobs and users can vote so we will officially know which user has the most glorious moobs.

whatever is done, just make sure it's not like other sites' "remakes" that add tons of useless shit and adds that slow loading time...the best part about em411 is the uber fast loads (most of the time)

there will be no changes. unless someone manages to hack the site from the outside.
