Primary HD Ghosting for Upgrade

I want to upgrade my Laptop HD to a much larger drive.

The drive contains my OS etc, what is the best method of ghosting the drive so that i can swap the drives over and continue on with the same data without reinstalling?

Use.... Ghost. That's the best method of Ghosting your drive.

You may need to get one of those 2.5/3.5" IDE/SATA to USB adapters or something, though, in order to have both drives up at once.
