My Keystation 88 will not learn MIDI commands. When I tap keys or turn knobs Live sees midi info. Live is also set up to receive midi on all channels. If I hit the midi button onscreen to map buttons and faders I click on a parameter, twist a knob and nothing happens When I do this on my 02 it functions normally (tweak a knob and the parameter changes. therefore it learns the knob) So what has to happen in order for all the faders and knobs to actually do anything in Live. It works in Reason (because there is a Preset setup that already exists for controlling the reason Mixer. Is there a setup or something I can add to enigma in order to make all these knobs faders and buttons actually do something in Ableton LIVE? Someone tried to help me before but it still doesnt work. Live sees midi info...just doesnt do anything. It takes in notes from the keyboard fine. Please help cause I'm at wits end.

have you turned on midi automation for the midi port your keyboard goes into in live's preferences?

Yes I have....a friend came over last night and we got to reinstalling everything we could think of. Starting with Live, then downloading enigma again....Once I reinstalled enigma....AOK!!!! WOOOOHHOOOOOOOOOO!!!!! Started working right. What A pain in my arse. Nuff said problem solved....FCB 1010 problem still there but that's another thread. Thanks either way
