Was just looking at one of these on the paia website, and it looks like it can be a very cost effecient modular system. I've been wanting a modular for some time and for $560 it seems like it would be well worth the plunge. Eventually I would build a small Blacet system to compliment the Paia. The Paia looks like it would be nice to start out on. Anyone have any experience with paia stuff?

indeed, i built one... i have no experience for comparisons with other systems, but i love it. Seems to pack in tons of features into a small package.
I guess the one feature i'd like added is some multiples, but i spose i could build some myself somehow. Also, the signals are very high, so makes it hard to run other stuff i.e. instruments, samples, through the modular. But besides this, it's great.
The build was laborious, but relatively easy and very satisfying.
