It's all minimal. The early (up to 2007) stuff is primarily synthesized, the later stuff is real instruments (very often piano). Earlier stuff has more silence in it, generally. I've been ripping through this stuff, I find it very engaging. very nice, chilled out hip hop link (all grap the quakers podcast while it's still up. teh dopezz.)
ps grap is the new slang. all the kids are using it.
