Surprised nobody here has mentioned the QuNeo. Its like a MIDI interface on steroids... 27 pads, sliders and rotary sensors that are pressure, velocity, and location sensitive. 17 other switches, also sensitive to how hard you press. A couple hundred LED's for feedback. Can't believe its only $200. Its backed on Kickstarter...anyone a backer?

i was wondering why there were so many donations until I realized that a donation of 200uSD gets you a quneo. good luck to those who donated getting one any time soon.
@kidgamma

or at all :-/
@dkarma why the pessimism?

BTW: here's a new vid interacting w/ Live Video&feature=colike
i'm just thinking about the midines and what a great value that was. turns out the wait time was/is fairly long. Not trying to say anything bad about x|k, the man is my idol, and the midines is one of the coolest pieces of music equipment I've ever owned

there are 491 backers right now. that's a lot of units to make, but not so many that the project will fail. I'd like one but I'd like to see what kind of stuff can be done with it first. I'm still quite happy with my launchpad for now
Ya, that's understandable. They send many emails stating they're on track but I guess that doesn't really mean anything when it gets down to the wire. Their latest youtube video does show it controlling Live.
hi,
no matter how many pledges we get, we'll be shipping QuNeo in a timely fashion! We have quneo sending midi and controlling live and other DAWs. We're actually ahead of schedule! Check out kickstarter for our most recent updates! We'd appreciate it if you shared the project with friends as we're on our last day!
