Hey all
I wanted to share a project I have begun this year, whereby I create a Nord Modular sound each day for the year, write a bit about what I think that day and post it to my blog. Link below.
I was greatly inspired by the daily uploads of Taylor Deupree and Marcus Fischer, whose daily commitment was impressive. This was something I never thought I would have the discipline to do myself, but after a slow build up of posting archive tracks for most of last year each day , I decided to go for it.
The Nord Modular has been in my studio and used occasionally for the 5/6 years I have owned it, actually it's probably a lot longer than that if I think about it, but through all that time I struggled to really delve into it deeper. So now with daily uploads, that has all changed.
I used to have an account on here years ago shortly after it started, but was prompted to come back and post my blog here.
Ultimately it would be great to learn more about the Nord and to be able to share my daily findings, and hopefully learn some new things from others along the way.
These are all sounds created each day using only the Nord Modular, the G1, and also a good chance for me to try out some sound creating ideas I have always wanted t but never had the time, something I sure rings true for many people.
The recent two entries are experimenting with synchronous granular techniques where you can download the patch and screen grab here:

The blog is here:

Please feel free to email me or comment on here.
I hope you enjoy.
