How to add a release?

I need some help adding a release. I made a song awhile back and I'd love to share it with everyone here. The thing I have trouble with is finding a url for it. Since it's not supposed to be from a page, how do I type up a url for the actual file?

Just a little confused. I'd love some help

you will need to upload your track on to a hosting service.

i use fileden (because its free) to host stuff on here.
once you've uploaded your file you will get a url to copy and paste.

You can also link to host, it's okay.
