--> so, here is my new webpage on the internets. it's what i've been up to for the last several months. i don't have too much on it yet, but damn it was hard work getting the stuff that is on there finished. i expect content to be doubled by this spring, got a lot going on now.

anyways, i have some illustrations, music, photos, etc. for your viewing/listening pleasure.

laterzzzz.

edit - oh, btw, please remember to scroll to the right when viewing illustrations and photos. some people at work i was showing the site to missed that and thought there were only 2 illustrations. doh! maybe side-scrolling was not such a good idea? i like that style though dernit. how many of you would've missed the scrolling?

edit, again - i've made some changes to the layout and navigation. no more sidescrolling. the usability issues wouldn't stop nagging me. came up with a better system i think.

looks nice...how come you only draw girls?

so pretty.

like the video, and the illustration is SO fucking great,.,

,

i dont think the sidescrolling thing is as bad as your thinking ... the second image is clearly cut off by the window in my browser, plus it has that scroll>> message at the bottom. thats a cool website btw, im trying to work mine out right now but i got designers block.

ooh man your photgraphy is neato, especially as a portfolio.

thanks datathinner. i'm notorius for trashing my designs and starting over just a couple weeks after i put them up. i can't count how many iterations of the site i've gone through. i've come to the conclusion that there is no perfect website design and prolly nver will be. there's just too many variables involved with the end user and their system (monitor resolution, os, browser, etc.). there will always be something a bit off to somebody. i think what you've got to go for is the majority and standards and do a bit of user testing and cross your fingers. that's my take on it anyways. still, i can see people's points about the side-scrolling being a problem. it kind of stuck in my head - hmm, i wonder if this will be a problem. but, until i come up with something i like significantly better, i'll keep it.

Good stuff, maeng. Crisp, clean, premium.

i just saw this.. great work duder. as a web/graphic/multimedia designer i would like you to know that you've inspired me to finally get my work up and viewable.

i love how you integrated everything together.. very nice.

thanks maeng. thanks duder.
