--> Being the kind soul that i am i'm going to let your experience a typical night bus journey in Glasgow once all the clubs have closed without actually having to get close to the action yourself!

The buses between 3 and 4am are always insane (fighting is a regular occurance) so it's something i've been meaning to record for a long time and last night i finally did. Although the recording only lasts for 20 minutes my bus journey actually lasts for 30-40 minutes, thankfully all the nutters got off early last night though that isn't always the case. So here for your listening pleasure is a 20 min long 18 MB mp3 encoded @ 128kbps

link
enjoy!

Great idea! I approve!

Hah, that's great!

Any chance we can get a higher quality file? 192 AAC pretty please??? (little known fact: Ableton Live supports AAC now)

hmm, well its jdg's bandwidth i'm using not mine!
so yep i'm sure i can upload a 192 mp3...not until later today though

i played this to quite a few people over the weekend, the general reaction i got was a new found feeling of gratefulness that they live in manchetser and that things aren't so rough here.

oh no.
ive got to get this bus tomorrow.

im going to a work-related training day about Psycho-Stimulant abuse.

its during daylight hours though.
so hopefully there wont be people screaming at me.
holy shit.

a 192kbps recording is now online at the same location

Ok, how about we get a compilation together of tracks using the recording and get it a netlabel release?

yeah i was playing some music to it last night. reminds me of the night bus from morecambe back to lancaster.

sounds as fun as audiobulb's one second sine! could we throw in a one-second ... SAW wave? that'd be enough for me's
