seriously, what do you do, creatively and non-professionally but somewhat seriously and consistently, apart from music?
me, i like to do drawrings on computerz and paper.
i used to write a lot. i wrote gothic horror novel and 2 screenplays before i realized i suck at writing.

I used to play table tennis.
On other days, i love photography, videography, and generally just messing with the computer. They kind of intermix, which is the fun part.

i tried skateboarding. I suck at it. paint, draw... most recently chinese brush painting on rice paper. only using black / red. Its fun. I have an SLR camera but its gathering dust at the moment. drink. I also make good use of the edit button.

skiing. telemark skiing. bicycling. frisbee golf with electrodan. collecting coins (ok when i was nine). playing with legos.
but ever since i picked up the guitar it's just been music music music.

building castles with my sons in Lego
(good) art exhibitions (don't have much time left for that one though)
