I do nothing consistently, but some of the inconsistent hobbies that I have include: drinking coffee, silk-screening, animation, programming, electronics, drawing, photography, knitting, crocheting, surfing the internet (more of an addiction). I tend to slide into and out of 3-4 week periods of doing things obsessively.

skiing. telemark skiing. bicycling. frisbee golf with electrodan. collecting coins (ok when i was nine). playing with legos.

but ever since i picked up the guitar it's just been music music music."

Sweet!

I'm up for that.

I recently got into video games again (bought me a wii)...not sure if that's a good thing or bad....but I'm having a jolly good time playing them especially with friends. For a couple of years I was really into yoga (ashtanga/vinyasa) though I just finished my last semester of university and I barely did a 3 salutations to the sun. Dancing is one of my favorite hobbies yet I haven't done much dancing lately, mostly due to school finishing up. I really enjoy pop 'n' lock and boogaloo styles of dance, though I manage to spice it up to make it all my own. That's one of my goals is to get back into dancing again and hopefully try to mix both my music and my dance abilities....and maybe put together a show that included me dancing and my tunes playing. Recently I got into playing with Final Cut Pro and made a video for a research project that I got an A on, so hopefully I can work a bit more on video editing and combine my music with it as well.

So here it is

1) Dance
2) Yoga (though not much at all lately)
3) Video Games
4) Video Editing

Other than music, I do a few things-

Like Bsr, I'm concentrating on growing my beard.
It was really full and shapely last Christmas, not so much this year.

Audio electronic stuff.
Designing, planning and sometimes even building (Shock horror!) some of the circuits I design.

Cycling.
One of the pedal cogs on my bike is buckled though, so I either go around in 14th (of the 21 available)
or the chain comes off every few yards . I need to sort that out - the buses are rubbish.

Kite-flying.
Yay! Not very often I get the chance to though.

Last night was the Christmas party for the staff at the cafe/bar I work at (It's almost like a little family).
We all get along well and it was so nice to just have a few drinks and chat for a while.
We've all said we'll try and go out once a month now
I don't really drink much, I find it easier to say I don't drink because otherwise people pester you about it.
I mostly drink wine or liquers, but I've developed a mild interest in a beer and ale. For example a weissbier we have called Erdinger, it's pretty expensive though. I still don't think much of beer or ale, but I appreciate them more than I used to and I like hearing what people have to say about each different beer.

I'd like to start cycling more again in the New Year.
Maybe eating a bit healthier, possibly go vegetarian, except for fish. Or at least have periods where I cut out meat for a bit.

I like to play Go. I'm growing weary of video games in general, having been fairly addicted for a few years.

toenail clipping

oh, and counting. i count everything i do: drags on a cigarette, sips on a bottle, brushes with my toothbrush, strokes of my dik in da posy, strokes of my hand on the dik, repetitions on the machines at the gym, the time it takes for the red light to go yellow, footsteps (of course), letters of words, the zaps i do with the telly remote, how long i pee, and and and

it's obsessive i can't help it
