Robert Stephan is a licensed attorney who practices law in the State of Kansas. He is a former trial judge and served as Kansas Attorney General from 1979 to 1995. Politically, Robert Stephan is a member of the Republican Party.
Robert Stephan attended Washburn University School of Law in the 1950’s.
