Back in the day, when em411 was a more refined and cultered site, the King of Noodly Gear was clearly jdg, what with his KYMA and all. But those days have passed, and now I have to read about Astroid and his stupid Nord G2 modular, like, twice a week. Its really boring and lame. At least when jdg droned endlessly about how cool the KYMA system was, he did so in a clever, typing-error-ful way.
But astroid? He seems like just some poor jdg-wanna-be that was created in some Academic Los Angeles Movie Industry Laboratory.

on a side note i would like to hear more people rant on about Kyma here there is a lot more i need to know about this thing before i even consider selling most of my gear off to buy one. Probably will end up buying the kyma manual first . . .
