hehe - well, at least it is free. just read about this in the latest copy of prospect mag - link - and though it might make some of you laff. Some people are encouraging the Cage estate to sue over this. I believe the man himself often tried suing over 4'33" - and even succeeded a few times...

aye - believe so roshi. although given cage's feelings on any sound being music, i guess you could potentailly include the sound of anything surrounding the 'ringing' phone...? some later recordings of 4'33" include mobile phones going off

sometimes I like to put this song on repeat on my iPod and walk around the city.... i find it quite riveting actually.
