I don't agree at all obviously ... It's so effortless for me to sequence and record a synthline .. while tweaking it .. in a different time signature .. and then repeat that process. When I jam with friends with their computers ... It's a major pain in the ass .. sync .. latency ... wack effects ... odd sequencing issues.
I think it's the integration of hardware and computers.. neither is to blame.
