--> Viacom's pulling one of the biggest lawsuits in history on Google because of youtube uploads. Right now the law says that you can allow uploads on you're websight without threat of liability so long as the sight's owner removes copyrighted uploads upon request of the copyright holder. If the court rules in favor of Viacom, websights like this will be liable for huge lawsuits anytime a user uploads something that's copyrighted or has a copyrighted sample.

Is that not gay as hell? Nothing we can do, though.
