--> so here is my new studio.

i decided to get rid of my synths to beef up my computer setup.
had a pretty extensive shopping list:

-new 19" lcd monitor
-a pair of alesis M1 active 520 monitors
-mackie satellite audio interface
-m audio trigger finger
-a keyboard with light up led keys
-1 added gig of ram. for a total of 1.5 gigs
-a superdrive. for teh dvdeez.

its definitely a step up. i use to have an audiophile usb and a set of headphones to compose with. LOL i feel like i'm in the lap of luxury.

thanks to those who bought my synths to help make this possible.

thanks again everybody.

i really wanted to get a Lemur with Max/msp (i wouldn't buy one without the other) but that would have broken me.

i'll have to give it another 6 months to recoup and regenerate financially.

i just put it on my renters insurace. which is only like 20 bucks a month.

well worth it if i get jacked. which is possible because i live in Houston.
