I've pretty much almost totally made up my mind that I may well definitely probably be moving to Berlin very soon. I want to live somewhere with some buzz and a good arts scene and Bath is just too sleepy and conservative. But I need somewhere to live for a bit to get myself set up. Can anyone help? I speak ein bisschen Deutsch aber nur ein bisschen. I'm also quite poor so I need somewhere cheap. Anyone here live/lived in Berlin?

its pretty funny you dont know any of those techno guys, theyre literally the reason half the folks go to berlin in the first place. my mate tim moved out there a while back and absolutely loves it, enjoy lad.

i'm probably moving up there in late summer (well, I said that last year.. but it's hard to just give up rent-free living).. if you guys are serious about it we could think about sharing some large loft-ish studio space.. should be do-able if everyone pays around 250 euro rent/month.
