i found that listening to the song "changes" by bowie and then repeating "things never stay the same, everything changes" over and over.
i visualise the spring forest flowers growing rapidly, then dying, then regenerating and becoming new flowers.
it seems to help.
but we all have our ways of dealing with shit.
get busy...make shit tons of music, cuz pain always brings beauty.
