[qquote=tantsn]someone give tylth a beer[/quote]

i think i had enough by now. and you won't be,ief the situation ai am in no to post this respond

my tip is to take a long walk örfil. one hour or more.

If you have access to an acupuncturist then give that a go. I found it has helped me a lot. So has the awful tasting chinese herbs.

An eyemask helped loads for me. My new flat is in town and there's really bright motorway lights right outside my window. Eyemaks makes it properly dark. not as uncomfy as you think.
Also relaxation exercises / meditation really good.
"My feet feel relaxed. Warm and relaxed. Relaxed and heavy. They're sinking into the bed.
My ankles feel relaxed. Warm and relaxed. Relaxed and heavy. They're sinking into the bed.
My calves feel relaxed. Warm and relaxed. Relaxed and heavy. They're sinking into the bed.
My knees feel relaxed. Warm and relaxed. Relaxed and heavy. They're sinking into the bed.
My thighs feel relaxed. Warm and relaxed. Relaxed and heavy. They're sinking into the bed.
My hips feel relaxed. Warm and relaxed. Relaxed and heavy. They're sinking into the bed.
My back feels relaxed. Warm and relaxed. Relaxed and heavy. It's sinking into the bed.
My shoulder blades feel relaxed. Warm and relaxed. Relaxed and heavy. They're sinking into the bed.
My neck feels relaxed. Warm and relaxed. Relaxed and heavy. It's sinking into the bed.
My scalp feels relaxed. Warm and relaxed. Relaxed and heavy. It's sinking into the bed."
...Then start again from toes, and down the front of your body...
"My toes feel relaxed. Warm and relaxed. Relaxed and heavy. They're sinking into the bed.
My shins feel relaxed. Warm and relaxed. Relaxed and heavy. They're sinking into the bed.
My kneecaps feel relaxed. Warm and relaxed. Relaxed and heavy. They're sinking into the bed.
My thighs feel relaxed. Warm and relaxed. Relaxed and heavy. They're sinking into the bed.
My waist feels relaxed. Warm and relaxed. Relaxed and heavy. It's sinking into the bed.
My stomach feels relaxed. Warm and relaxed. Relaxed and heavy. It's sinking into the bed.
My chest feels relaxed. Warm and relaxed. Relaxed and heavy. It's sinking into the bed.
My neck feels relaxed. Warm and relaxed. Relaxed and heavy. It's sinking into the bed.
My cheeks feel relaxed. Warm and relaxed. Relaxed and heavy. They're sinking into the bed.
My eyes feel relaxed. Warm and relaxed. Relaxed and heavy. They're sinking into the bed.

Then hands, elbows, upper arms, shouders, neck, face again.

Then:
"My whole body feels relaxed. Warm and relaxed. Relaxed and heavy. It's sinking into the bed. One.
My whole body feels relaxed. Warm and relaxed. Relaxed and heavy. It's sinking into the bed. Two.
My whole body feels relaxed. Warm and relaxed. Relaxed and heavy. It's sinking into the bed. Three.
My whole body feels relaxed. Warm and relaxed. Relaxed and heavy. It's sinking into the bed. Four......."

I challenge you to get as far as ten.

If you concentrate on each part of your body at a time, and don't worry about what part comes next - just follow on each bit from the other - you can feel your body sort of fizzing gently as you relax. I swear i never get more than half way through and i'm off. It makes you empty your mind. it's like a easy way to meditate.

You're probably asleep already from the length of this post....

hippy
is 'jumping rope' a euphemism?

more likely a pleonasm

I actually manage to get some sleep last night, don't remember anything after 02.00, I also flipped my sleeping position from sleeping at the head end of the bed to sleeping at the foot end.

i dont usually have much trouble sleeping (touch wood)
because when i cant sleep i masturbate (again, touch wood) this usually does the trick.

once every few months i might get the fear in the middle of the night though.
then i have to get up and do something like watch a film or draw.

ive used this magnesium suppliment powder, you just mix it w/ warm water & drink. it's a natural occurring mineral your bidy needs
(especially for sleep). good luck.

How about:
Take a multi-vitamin and convince yourself it has some "herbal" sleeping effect! Works everytime. Seriously, learning to be an effective self-liar is the key to harnessing the placebo effect. Multi-vitamins- they work! I take one every night and I sleep great!
