Dizzler is a new online music media player that was designed to help artists, not to hurt them in any way! If you have music you don't want to be indexed, please make it private or add a password protection to the link.

Dizzler is not the only ones who can find music artists have uploaded... Others may offer or sell your music to others, dizzler does not do this!!! We don't allow users to download music either!!! We only allow them to listen to music and soon will offer our users the abiliaty to download (PAID SERVICE) music and give the money back to the artists who created the content (song)...

We will be adding new features to help artists sell music (ringtones) to their fans... For now, we only offer a free online media player (EPK) that they can upload their music to and share with friends or place on myspace... It's a new way to get your music out to millions of new people every day!!!

Check us out at DIZZLER.COM to learn more about us...

Post any questions you have about us (dizzler.com) and I will try to help answer them, thanks!!!

THE EMAIL -

Someone,

Dizzler has indexed over two million songs... I don't mind removing the file from our index list, but I would need the exact file (URL) to be able to remove them. We only index open source code (SONGS), so all you need to do is make them private.

FYI: Anyone can access your music when they are open, if you have a song you are working on, or don't want anyone to see, you should keep them private, or add a password protection to that page.

We created Dizzler as a way for artists to get their music out to others... You can create your own account (it's free), make your own dizzler player (skin) and upload your music to that player and share it with friends or put it on myspace if you like. I am sorry we indexed music you didn't want others to see (hear), but we are truely doing this to help other artists. Please take a look at our site (dizzler.com) and see what we are about, thanks!

Hi Mr. Dizzler

Could you please take down any links to my music from your site. I didn't upload those links and don't want to have my music streaming from your site at the moment. I have disabled the ones that I could myself but there are still the following: Sad Song, Dad and Dog and Ether. Please remove them.

Thanks a lot, pal.

Well, I know someone who's gonna get a lot of free mailings very soon...

Well we all get what's coming, don't we?

So when I rip my Metallica CDs and post them on the web, you help other people find those files.

Then when Metallica's lawyers say "please don't use Metallica on your website" you are gonna tell them "sorry, without a specific url we can't take it down. And besides, you shoulda put a password on your mp3 files"??

Let us know how that business model works out for you.

Well, ok, Mr Dikkler. My question is: Did you really think spamming a musician forum was a good idea?
