i want a 303. i bid $900 something on a good conidition, normal, nonmodded 303 on ebay. i lost the auction......... figured id check back the last day and go up to a little over a grand at the last second... the thing went for fekcing 2275$!!!

that's a retarded price for a 303. my friend bought one 6-7 months ago for $1000.
there's a used FR-revolution at analog haven for $535. so, for that $900 and something you could get a FR-revolution AND an SH-101 or MC-202

honestly, i'm no 303 afficianado, but I like the FR products better in terms of sound, and they'd sure as hell be a lot more dependable.

The dollar is really low atm, at least compared to the swedish krona (and the euro too I guess), so that might inflate prices as well.

but that 303 was being sold from w/in the USA. no reason for it to be twice the going rate. if you're buying from outside the USA then yeah.. you're gonna get hosed because of the weak dollar.
