gresham is not a place to strive for. i have a few friends who lived out there.. near felony flats and beyond. one friend rented a house w/his lady. they finally moved after their neighbors on both sides had a big all out brawl in their front yard that culminated w/garbage cans being slammed over each others heads.
also, my GF saw a guy who'd been stabbed just laying in someone's doorway. lot's of random tweaker related shit happens out there.
on the up side it's a great place to go pawn shop trolling. like if you need a set of crescent wrenches or parts for your lawnmower..

felony flats is between clackamas and milwaukee...er.. "Errol" and "Harmony Point" are neighborhoods there..? i think?

i think felony flats has grown then. i hear lot's of peeps talking about way out east as felony flats. perhaps i'm confused. i frequently am.
