They're part of a ShapeShifter icon set called "VOID2" (which I don't think you can find on the internet anymore).
"ADD" = address book, "GRB" = Grab, "BIN" = trash, "FND" = finder. And there are many more.

it amuses me how many windoze users try to make their desktops look like macs with dock-like items, etc.

i've NEVER seen a mac user try to give their UI an M$ skin...
