--> Hi there, folks

Just wanted to let you know that I will be performing 3 songs at a birthday party my drummer is doing on July 3rd. He's rented out a place called The Monkey, which supposedly has a really kickass sound system. It's a little small though, so if you want to come please rsvp.

Brent will play with his Quintet first at 9:00 or so... followed by his friend Jon doing 3 songs, and then I will perform three, starting at 10:00. Should be fun. It's going to be semi-karaoke, since the guy who said he'd do bass gracefully bowed out a couple weeks ago.

Also, my pal Lucas is going to show two of his short films here, one of which has music by Jdg and me in it!

I would really love to go to the left coast. I'm so frigging over NYC. In a couple days I'm moving back to the country... to Marlboro, NY which seems already like it's going to be a really isolating experience. But I have ties here that prevent me from moving more than two hours away. I think if I could I would move to Seattle or Portland in a heartbeat.
