I just got offered a job interview on Thursday next week for the highest paid position that has ever offered me an interview! (19-21k pa)
Unfortunately though i am in Germany next week for STFU Heidelberg and i'm playing a set on the Friday (the day after the possible interview)
I asked if they could reschedule it for the following week when i return but was told that one of the people on the interview panel will be on holiday for 2 weeks then, so i asked if they could interview me this week instead but was told that another of the panel members is on holiday!
So its Thursday or nothing...
My dad being my dad told me to cancel the trip to Germany or at least cut my trip short.
I told him to stfu

Ok, so i booked a new flight, i'm flying out on the Thursday instead, only thing that worries me is that it says this about bus times on the the airport website:
"Caution! Changes in scheduled times are possible from july 18th. More details will be offered soon."
I fly on the 19th!
If i miss the last bus then i'm spending a night in arrivals

mark: ther eis for sure the option of getting a taxi to the next train station and form there to heidelberg. But i'm pretty sure there are buses for every plane landing. I'll call the airport tomorrow and ask if you want. It's baden right?

daswesen, i was flying to Baden before, but now i can't as it involves catching a plane to London at around lunchtime, instead at lunchtime i will be at the interview!
my only direct flying option is from Glasgow to Frankfurt Hahn which is a 2 hour bus ride away, the last bus leaves Hahn at 00:40 and arrives in Heidelberg at 02:30

but moriarty is going ot be in heidelberg at that time isn't he? should be possible for him to sort you out with a bed at the hostel don't you think? - it's all within walking distance of the trainstation I reckon..
