--> Thanks to everyone who came to the show last night! It was great to meet lprof (ross), Candlelight (Jim), and cubestar, as well as reconnect with other peeps. Everyone did a smash up job, especially lprof, considering it was his first solo electronic show!

Here's a lil' youtube bit from last night. Sorry for the paris hilton quality - Apotheke is pretty darkly lit and I had to use nightvision settings on the cam. I'm gonna post some others when I get the chance.

Edit: here's timmo's audio recording of the same track (slightly louder and better): link

Edit: here's another song:

Edit: here's a vid from the Fez show:

I have a marginally better recording of the whole show I can post if Roshi says its OK. Same goes for Candle Lighter (the first performer). Sorry I didn't get to stick around for the third one.

That would be great, timmo! If you could give me a copy of that recording, I'd appreciate it.

these are really beautiful. i do wish i could hear in a bigger spectrum and that people would shut up, but im a wierdo.

Thanks, Fredo & Astroid. I'm definitely going to get a better recording next time I play (this weds).

After that, I think August is going to be a long break from performing.

looks like fun.the night-vision looks makes it even look more surreal. suits well with the sound.

i think next i play an ambient gig, i just keep playing long samples of perople babbling, so they don't have to do it themselves and can fucking listen.

It'd be way too hard to activate your guitar pedals with clown shoes on.

And Roshi isn't shoegazer. Since he lives in Portland, he's Birkenstockgazer.

I prefer "muklukgazer".

Or "Crocgazer".

Thanks timmo!

Here's timmo's slightly better recording of the first song: link
ahh i wish i had a piece of that recording straight form the mixer! sounds great though.

Nice videos too, i like the night vision effect....wait, i think i saw Rubber Johnny!

so bummed i missed this show...i had my folks and friends in town and tried to motivate over there but it didn't happen. it looks like it was a lot of fun though!

Show tonight, jef! link

Edit: added another vid, this time from Fez.

WOw. It's so good to see videos. I had no idea how you did this. It's brilliant. What kind of pedal is this that you use?
I just bought a Yamaha midi foot controller from ebay.. Just waiting for it....

But yes, wow...this is really cool.

doddolfur, the main pedal I use is a boss RC-2 Looping pedal. I have a pickup on my cello which feeds into the pedal, which is also modified with effect pedals and effects in the computer.
