--> GATED REVERB: This effect synthetically cuts off reverberation after a period of time. It is famous in the song “In the Air Tonight” by Phil Collins.

Did you use gated reverb when the time was right?

phil collins makes sex with music....in the air tonight.

it's all been a pack of lies.

Phil Collins doesn't use effects. He's so cool, when he plays, reverb gates in tibute to his greatness.

i fucked mlbot once.

Phil Collins talks Nonce-sense
he uses gated reverb in every fucking song

"Take That Pants" on Pajama Party is nothing but gated reverb

(well, and gated flatulence)

PS: Coolest gated reverb I've ever heard is on Scala's "Beauty Nowhere"--the song "Hold Me Down" has these massive reverb tails that they filter and gate gorgeously.
