--> Im taking a trip to NYC soon, i'll be there from the 15th to the 22nd. While im there i would love to try and play a show, so i figured this would be a good place to start looking for one. If you know of any type of bookings/promoter type people in NYC it would be great and try to hook up with one. thanks

I'd say your best bet is to find the clubs that play what kind of music you are into. Send them a demo and follow up with a call or something like that. This usually needs to be done way in advance, especially in NYC since there are soooo many electronic musicians and djs in the city. You'd really want to know someone there who is in the scene already and can point you in the right way. I don't know of anyone off hand there except for a few people who just like electorinic music or I'd give you some names and numbers. Good luck man!!
