for real- i have a domain link and some webspace hosted by panicnow, i am totally willing to do a mixit like thing there but i just need someone to come up with an interface. i think it can be SUPER simple at first, even just a php forum with each entry as a topic.
anyone seriously up for this? if not, nobody is allowed to bitch about how ugly it is if i have to do it myself.
also, i would not call it a mixit cause that belongs here, what do you think is a good name?
also, this is not a replacement, this is just until the mixits come back here. cause they will. right?

I'm available for coding stuff too. I can handle any language. Will you host it on your own server? If we had access to tools like sox, we could reencode the smaples so that the all-wav all-aiff smaplepacks can be generated automatically or stuff like that.
