The Mormo project finally has a website of it's own:
mormomusic.com
It has an rss feed which lets subscribers know about new mp3 uploads and new releases when they happen. If anyone spots any errors of has difficulty using it please let me know.
I've just come to the end of a week without food (part of a remove-toxins-from-body scheme). Instead of food I was drinking fruit juice and nasty supplements which the literature in the detox 'kit' euphemistically refers to as 'shakes'. The shakes look, and taste like water mixed with mud and seeds. Really happy to be eating things again!

really? you got the sh*t sucked out of your bowels TWICE a DAY? I understand this is something you have to go to a clinic or at least a doctor for. or did you...DIY?

Yeah. you can do it at home. You can order a kit. The one i used was from Powerdetox.nl but it's all in dutch.
It's basically a plastic water container with a long tube descending from it. The tube has a little plastic peg on it to regulate the water flow. You suspend the container somewhere slightly higher than belly level and the water pressure does the rest.
You fill yerself up (you hardly feel anything while this is happening it's odd), hold the water in for 15mins while massaging yr belly, and then mosey on to the WC. All kinds of amazing stuff comes out.

they're big on enemas here in japan - i had to have several while i was in hospital for a busted up kneecap. i certainly didn't "mosey" to the WC either, i went as fast as my wheelchair could take me
Anyway - stay with the green text - I really like it. I could listen to the track "Bidding Hide" no problem - but the others were really buffering

UF: I was curious. I'd heard that it was good for you and that you'd feel great afterwards. Disappointingly I didn't feel very much different afterwards, but i do think it's good healthy-wise all the same.

I have to say that i'm sceptical of starvation and tubes up your bum twice daily doing your body good!

This is an old thread UF ;)
I promise: skepticism about the benefits fades away quickly when you see what comes out!
