I got into med school! LSU New Orleans wooooooooooot! (^_^)b
Any of you guys in/made it through med school? (Or any other really tough grad program?) I really want to keep music as an important part of my life (both my personal allthatfall project and my work with Erik on LuvSound.Org , and I was wondering if any em411 peeps had advice for me.
Thanks for your thoughts!

Congratulations, man! Wasn't Anton Chekov a playwright and doctor? I think so... Anyway, proof it can be done! Good luck to you, man.

Congrats, good luck. I always wanted to go, but being from a poor family I didn't really realize i could do it until I was way to far into my current degree!
Sorry about living in NO though, phew.

If I forgot to say it, congrats.
As a graduate student, I had lots of downtime. I also had to take a lot of boring classes. I would often use this time to make music on my laptop.
As a med student, you will have much less downtime. However, you can still schedule time when you can, and make music as a study break, etc. You can do it if you're dedicated enough.
