its pretty sweet, but then I thought, who the hell would find my shit and put it on some player. Natrually I started searching my friend's music, nothing. Then on to em411 peoples, and guess what, Fredo is on it, Mechp is on it, and i bet more.

Any one know about this?

P.s. search for "Ode to fredo".

fuck brack jaskey!! AHHH!! FUCK

we need some sort of revenge.

maybe those bitches over at riaa could do something usefull for once?

doing a google index search hack is one thing, it shows you the domain that things come from, is easier to actually make some sort of contact with the artist, AND WTF SOMEONE SAID SOMETH"NG ABOUT THEM CHARGING MONEY FOR SHIT WTF

Well, CClub, it seems you-- by the fact you have released a bunch of sounds-- have done what the RIAA hopes to do:
make downloading music off the web less functional

18. Who is Dizzler?

Dizzler is headquartered in Scottsdale, Arizona, and is managed by a team of veteran technology entrepreneurs who wish to remain anonymous because, after all, the Product is the Star.

23. What about advertising?

The free version of Dizzler is supported with advertising, which we'll ramp up over the next few months. Please email all inquiries to sales AT NOSPAM Dizzlermedia.com.

24. Can I rip off Dizzler's concept?

All of Dizzler's technology is copyrighted and patent protected. Dizzler does not permit downloading or file sharing of copyrighted material (see our "Infringement Notification").

i dont think you can copyright a google search

maybe the best way to defeat dizzler would be to make a better product. hmm. maybe google could make a product?

or someone that lives in arizona could go pee on his house every night? maybe on his car too?

most all the songs they have of mine are from the quixit site. so i guess having manuel secure it a little bit would do the trick for me...

this still makes me angry though. how they are all smug about how legal it is.

someone ought to write a script that repeatedly and constantly requests files on the dizzler server so they get to feel what hefty bandwidth costs are like.

YA it could be like that folding at home protein maping thing or that seti app. we all get a little thing that will help hurt dizzler when we arent using our internets.

or we can just do what mediadefenders do.. take the latest cc song and add "BEEEEEEP..(crazy panning).. (bit reduction)".. actually i don't think they would realize it was added..

but really tho.. i don't reallly care at this point because it's not like anybody's going to listen to my music anyway.. and if i was really serious about trying to make some money, i wouldn't be realesing free mp3's anyways. i reckon.
hey, i like this. it has more tracks by me than i ever made, and it seems i speak some eastern europe language now, too. cool! i love it.

heres a solution: take em off the server. relocate them

they only got my shitty quixit anyways

yeah. a while ago, i found my songs on there too. ones from way back

Found 2 of my hematurge tracks on there too. It's all stuff I've released for free but damn they coulda let me know. Oh and dignified me with a genre or something, assholes.

i searched myself and came up with some god-awful rock band. why would anyone else pick this silly name?

some tolkin freek

I'm not too agrivated, especially cause I want people to hear my music. I've been giving out CDs for free in clubs and bars for the last 3 weeks. I release mp3s on here and give them away to radio stations and pod casts. I post them on hip hop websites for people to rap on.

I seach my music and its gone further than I could have pushed it. That fucking Jingle Bells song is all over the place, sucks thats the more popular one, or easily searchable.

Yeah, I think direct linking is fine, bandwidth is something everyone has to worry about, but it high bandwidth means that lots of people are listening to your music.

Metalica can complain, they are used to making money on every property they own, they also have lawyers and money.
