I vote if no one can figure it out we shut down em411, for being a site full of stupid people. I've seen that before...If I remember right, the pieces are fudged a bit...
try cutting one set out and overlaying them on the other...they won't fit just a little bit, I bet i cut them all out. they all fit exactly

yeah they are fudged. I was just talking to LogicFray about it.
think of the trapezoids (red and blue) as a rectangle plus a right triangle. looking at the angle from the hypotenuse of the other right triangles (yellow and green) they lock into place, so they should be the same angles, right? and according to SOHCATOA, right triangles with the same angles should have the same ratio of opposite and adjacent sides, right? but the ratios are: yellow/green - 8:3 chopped red/blue - 5:2 compound triangle (1/2 of right side) - 13:5 NOT THE SAME RATIOS. do the math. they do not factor out. :. fudged ass lines. what a scam
