Electronic Music 411 - dubstep = poo - poopie, fart basses, clunky beats

When your genres are as precise and split up as they are in electronic music, you can't help but be incestuous and boring. It tends to wander a little to close to the hyper-obnoxious MIA style of girl vocals and garage backing that shows up in ladies clothing shops.
I see genre music like genre fiction- you just don't find a lot of truly great work done in genre fiction.
