Today I was bored and I made a video for my most recent release. ( link )
Here is the video, it is basically outakes from another video I'm doing for Celibacy Club, and it is probably pretty boring, so if you think the picture that accompanies this is dull, don't bother watching the video. It is 117MB, so be patient: link

And it got me thinking why I hadn't ever done that before. So I thought about it and I decided that because I work with video for my job, and my job is at home, if I sit on my computer and mess with video, it feels about the same as work. Which is too bad, because for the most part I've had a lot of fun making videos for my job. And making a music video for someone was fun too. And making my own music video was fun also even though I put almost no effort into it. So maybe I will do more of my own work in the future.
The other thing I did today that is somewhat related to electronic music (I'm just trying to follow the rules of the b-log) is that I uploaded some more sounds onto Freesound. And I guess I do feel bad that this sounds like some sort of promotion thing, I don't mean it like that.

Isn't it funny how we are compelled to consider the path not taken? I have to say that I don't recommend thinking you've "won" - who were you competing with anyway?
Anyway, i enjoyed this blog overall. I thought it was em-related from the start, being a music video and all. Not so much towards the end.
