i seen a PBS special on how ever since 911 the us goverment has paid ISPs to house powerful computers @ their backbones across the nation. the purpose of the computers is to literally look into the pipeline, and exaimine the diffrents layers of info packets. since this is done through private companies the law hasn't caught up to it.

i just used the AdWord tool to get info on Moobs, for a laugh
the Search Volume Trends (Sep 2006 - Aug 2007) shows a steady rise in folks searching for "moobs"
i guess it's gonna be an epidemic soon.
