Goodness, I'm a child of the 70s and I can remember sitting around with my neighbors and their toy 7" player sifting through disco and usually cueing up Harry Nilsson's "Coconut!" I have to admit it's rather surreal to find myself with my own vinyl release!

cc, if you want to here some nice brrz khchzz remix action you can hear on this new myspace page my label just made for me: link The dance remixes, when I first heard them, seemed so very wrong. They are very very well done, but it seemed strange to do that with Sad Song. But the label said it was important and it has actually gotten a really positive response from dance music folk in the UK, djs and such. (Some hilarious insults as well! And if you are going to get insulted, better if it's funny, because at least you end up laughing your ass off about yourself! )

yeah, the label hired a pr firm to set some other stuff up, a facebook page, a second myspace page based in the uk and a youtube channel. Pretty exciting stuff, if it ends up doing something for me. This is one of the perks I think you get signing with a label. I have been looking forward to see what they do to market my music. We shall see....

not sure myself. And the UK page has like 2 friends, one of which is me! So it does seem odd, but I assume they know what they are doing. Plus (read this next part with a Peter Lorre accent they have all the control of this new page.
